Salmon with Summer Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine all but the salmon and lime wedges, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Bake the salmon at 325 until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Plate the salmon, garnish with the salsa and lime wedges, and serve.
  4. Option: chill the cooked salmon and then serve.
